London - 3 days in office, 2 days from home - 3 months initial term – Help sort out a mess!

£500 - £600 per day outside IR35

Are you a profession interim who loves fixing a variety of issues? Do you thrive in hands-on, roll your sleeves up environments?

We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a global business, recruiting an Interim Financial Controller to support their UK business.

Are you a seasoned interim who loves diving into complex challenges and making an immediate impact? This is a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up kind of role where your ability to bring order to chaos will be genuinely valued. We’re working with a global business looking for an experienced Interim Financial Controller to get their UK entity firing on all cylinders. You’ll be based in London three days a week, sorting out the balance sheet for upcoming invoice financing, mentoring a team through a period of high turnover, and sharpening up processes to ensure everything runs like clockwork.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything from financial reporting to strategic forecasting, and you’ll play a vital role in bringing clarity and stability to the finance function. From refining controls and presenting board packs to supporting commercial decisions and liaising with external stakeholders, this role needs someone who can balance day-to-day operations with big-picture thinking. If you’re someone who enjoys putting out fires, building better systems, and leaving things far better than you found them - this one’s for you.
